The practice provided General
Medical Services to all fully
registered patients or temporary
residents who are ill or believe
themselves to be ill.
We also provide monitoring for
chronic diseases which include:
• Diabetes
• Asthma
• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary
Disease (COPD)
• High Blood Pressure
(Hypertension)
• Epilepsy
• Thyroid problems
(Hypothyroidism)
• Mental Health Problems
If you have one of these
conditions or require regular
monitoring for other medical
conditions you will be asked to
attend the surgery on a regular
basis.
The practice also offers the

• Smear Tests (Cervical
cytology)

Childhood immunisations and
child health surveillance
(developmental checks)
• Vaccination and immunisations
• Contraceptive services
including contraceptive implants
• Maternity services
• IUCD fitting and after care
